Surf Specific Training

Train for an explosive pop-up, increase your paddle power, maintain core stability while paddling, and gain mobility in a surf squat and rotation. Reduce injuries and stiffness after surfing, Includes a Surf Fit Program to take home.

Surf Apnea

Are you intimidated by challenging surf?

Apnea is holding your breath for a long time. A technique used by freedivers.

Surf Apnea is holding your breath underwater for a long time during a wipe-out.

 

Note: The Wim Hof breathing techniques are not made for holding your breath underwater.

 

Dynamic Surf Apnea

With Dynamic Surf Apnea we get a bit closer to reality.

You will practice staying underwater while we simulate wipe-outs and multiple hold-downs.

Practicing dealing with Co2 levels that build up in the body and how to recover quickly in between multiple hold-downs.
